Maintenance Supervisor Diondre in fewer than 24 hours came to my apartment and fixed or addressed 5 separate ongoing issues that exceeded my expectations. Diondre was super professional, took the time to explain each individual maintenance issue thoroughly and clearly, fixed 4 of the 6 issues I had immediately and scheduled a follow up (with specific dates and times) as to when the repairs/replacements of appliances/fixtures would take place. This is how it should be done and Diondre is a perfect example of how a person in his position should proceed. I can't thank Diondre enough and Cearra too for staying in contact. It is a nice place to live and things do go wrong here and there but one thing that I really appreciate the staff always being kind and treating me with respect and the maintenance man always fixes my things if anything goes wrong and communicates with me what he is doing and what went wrong. I really appreciate the communication and respect from the staff members and I would say overall it is a nice place to live.

What can I say that everyone does not already know. I am scheduled to move in this week, yes already, and I tell you the staff have been awesome in timing, customer service, cleanliness, informative, respectful, on point, and just awesome!!! The location is great, and so far, everyone here is just remarkable!!! I am glad I chose this complex because it did not disappoint me. Ms. Dee, Ms. Anna, and Ms. Kay and if I left anyone out, I know I have not met you yet and, Ms. Dee already know how to pick them! I am very excited you Guys!!!
