People-Approved, Dogs Lacking

I have been living here for just over a year, and the Warwick is one of the nicest places to live in OKC for the price. Just off of NW Expressway, it is right in the middle of anywhere you could ever wish to go with the most convenient way to get there. The apartments are beautiful and clean, with working AC and heat, a fireplace, and lots of open space so you may design your spaces to suit YOU. There is always plenty of parking right in front of my flat, and the neighbors are kind. Dumpsters are located all around the premises, so you don't have to hunt one down. he plants and shrubs are always well kept, and the sidewalks and parking lots are kept clean. The office staff are the nicest people I've ever met, and always handle your requests as quickly as they can. However, the water is ALWAYS being shut off for various reasons, and maintentance can be very slow at responding to requests. Despite that, the applicances are of good quality and rarely need maintenance in the first place. My biggest complaint is the dog park. It was very nice when I moved in but is now dilapidated and gross- detached wire fencing that has still not been repaired, an overwhelming stench because people don't pick up and the park is not regularly maintained, and the "mulch" is composed of shredded rubber tires, which poses a choking hazard to pups who eat things they shouldn't. All in all, the Warwick is a fantastic place to live for people, but more care should be paid to their canine residents and the park they deserve to enjoy.

Quite disappointed on many levels. I moved in July 201`9 and it is now April 2020, and there are still unresolved issues with the heat and air and I have had ZERO follow up from staff about the issues and how they intend to remedy the problem. Something as simple as toilets that continue to run, I have had maintenance out twice for that and they just say it works fine and leave... and the problem persists. I still have not been able to utilize the dog park for my service animal to get exercise, because sonce I have lived here the dog park is not secure... they mesh that is supposed to line the fence all the way around has been laying on the ground or doesn't line the entrance portion which obviously would allow small dogs to get in or out through the wide fence. There have been constant issues with the water being turned off for "maintenance" ... outside security lights out for days on large sections... sheet metal on the roof that is barely attached that flap in the wind all the time and the last piece fell off and could have severely insured someone and there is a new piece thats been there for a couple of months and hasn't been dealt with. I asked to move to a different larger apartment a few months ago and was told that when something opens up they rent it on a first come first serve basis and they have no way of letting me know when things become available. So much. I am very disappointed living at The Warwick and doubt very seriously if I will renew my lease in July. I was told there is "new management" again... hopefully at some point, they will decide that trying to retain current good paying residents is important to them. If not, there are a lot of places I can rent that are less expensive and where I won't have to be uncomfortable living.

Leasing

I don't like how the staff take care of me long time. I know that I don't speak fluently English but te way they treat me not respectful and professional. When I ask questions, they rolling eye on me and make me feel like I'm bothering them. Then I add my husband to my lease. I call them ask questions. They didn't even hear what I try to say. They just put me on hold and then come back said that they just send new email to me. Then hang up the phone without saying what else can I help you. I so up set because I like to ask there office hour so I can pick up my box in the office. But since I gave them the adding people paper untill that day is about 2 weeks. They take too long. Now today, I check new leade which we signed, it doesn't have my husband name on it, instead it have the old roommate name who moved out already. How awful is it? I live here 2 year but never late fee or anything else. What ever the apartment ask me, I did it well an on tie. But look how they treat me.. I come to office, they closed. See,if they didn't hung up. I would have my box. If in the box is something very important for my health? Can the apartment take responsibility?
