First Home
This is a great place to start after graduating college, my partner and i love how close it is to fun downtown activities and our commutes to work is basically nonexistent. And we especially appreciate the little events that the aviare throws so we can meet our neigbors and make new friends.

Remarkably Fast Maintenance
So I have put in two work orders since I've lived here, which is over 9 months now. Each time, the guys arrived the next day. They are on it. Each job was completed quickly and done well. Also, every morning they are out there, picking up trash, keeping things clean and kept up. I see them everyday on my morning walk. It means a lot to me to have a place like this to stay, I know not all apartments are at this standard. Thank you for all that you do, and thanks for keeping it up!! (Oh the front desk staff has been friendly and professional the entire time. Lastly, I met the special activity couple and they were so so friendly.) I guess I better say something negative, otherwise people won't believe me. Well, I live street side on Kerr, and there is one or more loud engines that drive by. But you can't knock the apartment for that. It is the only drawn back I've had since living here. I didn't mean to write all this. But anyway, we have made it this far. I also love the bathtub. It is huge! And I take a nice bath almost every day. Ok, that's it.

City living at it’s best!
The staff is wonderful, working to make us feel like we are part of a community, offering events on site—music, wine tasting, pool parties, and online offerings. Our apartment already feels like a home. We can walk to restaurants, parks, and museums. Parking is perfect, too.
