Maintenance
The neighbor below me started experiencing a leak that was stemming from my toilet and I had a great experience with maintenance. He was very time efficient and explained everything that was currently happening and what steps he was going to take to make changes. Very polite and professional and answered any and all of my questions/concerns. Took about five minutes to repair which was very amazing because I was in the middle of studying when all this went down and was nervous about time it would take. Overall good experience!!!!

Everything is Excellent
My overall experience has been great. Everything is top notch from the facilities to the staff. All of the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. The management is wonderful and they are building an elite team of excellence! I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

Will not be staying again
The auto-pay feature isn't working and I missed paying rent this month by 5 days (February 6th paid in full manually) and was charged $130 in late fees and was given a written letter stating legal action would be taken against me if I didn't pay in 5 days!? I have been living here since October 2022. I have never been to a worse apartment that treated me this way. My rent also went up from $1,200 to 1,299 plus all these BS fees they have here such as parking, valet trash, trash, which adds up to another $150 before utilities. The value is not here for this cost especially in automobile alley. 2/5 and that is being generous. The one redeeming quality is the staff is great however, this is ridiculous. I will be moving out when my lease ends in May.

Horrible customer service they don’t follow up on emails. We have to request things multiple times for them to be done that is full of excuses and maintenance is not thorough.
