Great customer service

Manager is great; staff returns calls & keeps the office open. My last apt office reduced office hours down to 15 a week, & refused to answer phones! Britton Crossing staff takes good care of residents. Noise level is low. I would like the laundry facilities to be repaired though. Very inconvenient.
