Nice place

We have lived here for almost one year and this is the best apartment complex we have ever lived in. We sold our house last March and could not find a house to move into! The staff here was so helpful and got us in quick. The apartment is nice, clean and well maintained. All of the staff are very friendly and any maintenance request is completed immediately!. We love the free coffee, cookies and workout facility. It is also very quiet at night. This is a very nice place to live!

Lived here a few weeks now, so here is an honest review

The property itself is beautiful. Lots of amenities, great location. Cheaply built - toilet lid already broken, closet to water heater fell off by itself and there was trash literally in the water heater closet, the washer/dryer is super nice but they put them in backwards so it’s annoying to do laundry because the lids open by the wall and I can barely get my fingers in there, drawers getting stuck, baseboards not lined up with the building, gates not working all the time, the community trash bins by the entry to the building - those fences/gates around there are already falling apart and people dump mattresses and everything else back there - things like that. My issue is more with residents. Dog poop every where, pot smoking in my building which flows into my apartment into my sons room and bathroom, noisy neighbors blaring music for HOURS at the weirdest of times. For what I’m paying and for these to be brand new, I expected better built apartments, and to be living around adults who pick up after themselves and have regard for their neighbors. It’s disappointing. Maybe I just got unlucky and got a bad building. Having said all this, I do believe management is aware of all of these issues and trying to clean up the place and get a handle on who keeps messing up the property. It’s just disappointing we can’t have nice things because of disrespectful neighbors. I am hopeful things will get turned around because like I said it seems like management is addressing these issues. It’s a beautiful property so I hope others grow up and be good neighbors.
