Owner takes good care of the building - we don’t have to wait for touch ups around the building, they seem to be regularly scheduled in terms of frequency. Management is courteous and super responsive. Regularly scheduled for smoke alarm testing and change filters regularly. Enforces the “guest” rules reasonably and fairly. Comfortable and worth it.
