Quite good place for living
I am living here for 2 months. I like that there is a gym room, laundry room, and delivery room. These are very convenient services. I like it. I don't like to feel the smell of marijuana from my roommate. Sometimes there are problems with the sewage, but the maintenance gay helps us with that. Unfortunately, the broken glass in the window of my room still hasn't been replaced. Because of that and the low temperature, the room cools down quickly, and I have gotten a cold. I feel the need for flexibility in terms of renting a room, because various force majeure circumstances may occur, due to which it may not be possible to continue living in the apartment until the end of the lease term.
Best place to live.
I am living here since 3 years. I never have any problem. Never thought about moving to anyother place. Property itswlf and surrounding areas are clean have enough parking place. It is close to UAlbany, Cross gate mall and other departmental stores. There is a bus stop near property. Manager and staffs are always helpful.
