Not bad

Close to the job a plus, havent used my sink due t stinky water backing up in the kitchen sink. This is over 8 months now. Stuff keep falling from ceiling in bathroom. Had to throw stuff in the garbage due to water damag from said ceiling. Bathroom always looks like it wasn’t clean because of whatever is falling. The pipes are rusted and constantly falls to the floor.
