Currently there is a tenant, who is returning my mail to sender. This is the second time something like this has happened. Tje first time was in May of 2025, apparently a new tenant moved in and called National Grid and had my service cancelled. I contacted National Grid and was advised that a new tenant call and turned service off using my address. Then called back and advise National Grid that they had supplied the wrong address. This created a major billing problem for me as my charges were sent to cole group and I was billed an extra $50 a month for Electricity, when I never p laced the original call disconnect my service. Now there is a tenant who is writing return to sender on my mail even though I have not moved. This of course is a problem as , because if i never receive a billing statement then there wiuld be a delay in me paying my bills, one of which was National Grid. Something needs to be done about this as soon as possible. I receive medication in the mail and do not wish to have my perscriptions interupted do to a tenants error or lack of knowledge of who lives in the building. Please assist me with this matter uickly Thank You

Jesselle is just really unproffesional. Shes a bad look for the place. Rude, doesnt take feedback well, and also doesnt take concerns seriously. Weve been telling her to lock the front door for weeks because of homeless people sleeping in the vestibule. She never took it serious and today some homeless person started a fire in the vestibule. Hooefully she learned her lesson but chances are she didnt. Please replace her and only her. Everyone else is chill.
