Not Happy

The 1st day I moved into the apartment there was a gas leak. It was a Friday evening and I had to call the emergency number for the building. The maintenance man showed up and shut the gas off leaving me with no gas for the entire first weekend. The apartment was supposed to be completed by the day I moved in and it was not. Part of the ceiling in the kitchen and bathroom was damaged from water leaks and there was mold growing. This leak also damaged all of the kitchen cabinets and the light fixtures in the bathroom. I moved in on 4/30/22, nobody came to fix any of the aforementioned items until a few days before Memorial Day at the end of May. Between May 25th and May 27th 2022 members of maintenance came to start the repairs. They fixed the leaks and the damaged ceilings in both the bathroom and kitchen promising to return to paint over the patches of wall and ceiling damaged by the leak and to install the bathroom light fixture along with new cabinets. They returned to put in the new cabinets and light fixture after labor day but a day after installing the cabinets a door fell off and the light fixture caused the electricity to shut off in three rooms in my apartment. An electrician did not show up for two weeks to repair the electricity in the three rooms. The electrician states he was not paid to put in the light fixture so he did not do it. It is 6/28/2022 and I still have no light fixture in my bathroom and the painting still has not been done. At least someone showed up to fix the cabinet door!
