Nice building clean and quiet close to my job

The location is nice and the building is decent
POORLY MANAGED
Washers are always broken...more than 1 year and can't use washers. . LACK OF CLEANING IN COMMON AREAS.
The Noise level
The apartment is good. The noise level could be improved upon and the washers in the laundry room need repair
Good loacation and price
We have been living in this appartment for five years. It is in a good location, next to a park and public transport. The appartment is old (windows are old and need to be replaced) but well maintained and afordable. The washing machines and driers are very old. Only one out of four machines is working. No drier provides hot air. It is difficult to find a parking place in the street. We have the best caretaker, who makes the entrance to the building clean and beautiful.
