Great Location & Attention

I have been living here for 2.5years now and started off in a 1 bedroom and now a 2 bedroom. I love the location which is easy to get to places in Albany. Close to the park for my daughter, close to transportation and a few blocks away from New Scotland Ave. for dining. Maintenance is there when you have a request in less than 24 hours. Thank you!

Good with the Bad...but a lot of bad.

I've lived here since 2018 and I have considered moving multiple times. Living between two hospitals and near a firehouse means a bevy of sirens. The flooring is not reinforced in the basement and I remember when our neighbor downstairs had their floor sink in and the next one had a severe mold problem.
