Our restricted breeds are Akita, Chow, Doberman, Hybrid Wolves, Pit Bull (Staffordshire Terrier), Rottweilers, German Shepherds, and Saint Bernard. All pets are subject to management screening. Broken Washing Machines

We’ve lived here for a few months and almost everything is great. Maintenance is super friendly, building is new, and units are quiet. You don’t actually get what they promise you, though. You’re supposed to have an in-unit washer/dryer, but they break on a regular basis. In the past 6 months we’ve had to have our washing machine repaired 4 times. This time, management says they don’t actually have the supplies to fix it, so we’re out of luck. They’ve told us that this is a building-wide issues and that all of the units have the same problem, requiring multiple repairs. If there’s no dependable access to working washing machines, it probably shouldn’t be listed as an amenity.
