Great please-with need for small improvements

Hi, I have lived here for almost a year and its a great location, large apartments and great parking. My issues are the paying system. I've signed up for autopay and the site doesn't work half the time. I've brought it up numerous times and still get stuck with late fees. I'm a person who does not want to worry about paying rent. It want the option for it to be automatic but no one seems to want to address it. I also think that it would be nice if instead of using our phone apps to enter the garage, we had a small sensor attached to our cars to let us in the garage. I don't like having to stop and sign in again. Its not an app where you remained signed in 24/7 . It kicks you out every 10 mins or so. I still love the place, staff is nice, relatively clean and quiet.

I like living here, but not having a bathtub is quite annoying considering the cost.

I have enjoyed living here. However there are window issues that have never been fixed and the furnace filter needs to be replaced.
