GOING DOWNHILL

Guest parking is a problem because residents park in guest spots instead of parking in their garages. Noise is a problem, as the fire dept is right across the street and alarms often go off, even in the middle of the night. Second floor residents are extremely noisy, including late at night, with no regard or consideration for their neighbors, and even after complaints have been made to management, nothing changes. One star for amenities, because there are none, and 3 stars for maintenance, because requests do not always get addressed in a timely manner. Last, one star for value, because the rent goes up significantly every year and is getting a bit ridiculous. In fact, if it continues to go up, I will be looking for a place elsewhere. If any of these issues are important to you, this may not be the place for you.

So far so good

I've been living here for close to 3 months and so far the experience has been great. The unit is in pretty good shape and maintenance requests are handled quickly. Kitchen appliances are relatively new and the HVAC system works well.
