The elevator in the west end of the building has never worked, And over the past year and a half has not been attempted to be worked on. This creates a major inconvenience living on the fifth floor. Additionally, packages are distributed inconsistently to three different areas.

Advertises as luxury but always problems with building. Elevators never working, maintenance staff are nice but take awhile to meet request. Office staff never respond to you. Overall not worth the cost

great location with lots of parking options, beautiful new apt w/ huge bonus of in-unit laundry. staff is incredibly helpful when you can get a hold of them. maintenance is thorough and attentive. downside is noise and occasional smoking - property managers are aware of and are actively working to amend this.

Lived here 5 mo. Overall, great place. Maintenance requests slow to respond. There is also some consistent residual noise amplified in the airduct system. I expected it to be a little more quiet on weekends. Staff -property managers kind & very responsive and solution oriented. Glad that I made the choice -nice neighborhood too!

So far so good. Haven’t had any issues. Love how quiet the building is. All the other residents seem nice. Good amount of parking, which is good when you’re coming back home from work late at night or early in the morning. If I had to pick one thing to change I would say air fresheners in the hallways of the apartment building would be a nice touch. But overall looks clean. I haven’t had to call for any maintenance issues yet so I cant speak on that.
