Run, bike, walk to your destination. The river, the sites, restaurants and shopping footsteps away. If you love, history, Albany will give you that and much more. Can’t imagine, living anywhere else!

They take time to pay attention to detail when designing their apartments. Everything is up to date and aesthetically pleasing. The Building managers are always very friendly ( a little over worked as it takes some time to get answers some times) but that';s not their fault. Overall, probably the best company and apartment Ive live in to date! Would definitely recommend applying and living in one of the properties.

The historic nature of the location in the Capitol City, Albany, makes the James, Kenmore and Knick a unique place to live. Newly renovated, waliking distance to shopping, restaurants, bars, music venues, museums, the Hutson River Waterfront…and the list goes on. A MUST SEE if you want to live, play and enjoy the outdoors of Albany!!

For anyone that loves living in a walkable city the location of the James is simply perfect. This historic building offers more than just an apartment as you have access to the amenities at another historic building steps away… The Kenmore. Having lived in many cities during my lifetime I find this particular location safe, convenient and incredibly lively with restaurants, bars and shopping not to mention a beautiful waterfront that you can run and bike on. The rental agent and property managers are professional, accommodating and quick to respond to any of your inquiries and needs. This is definitely worth your time to look into… Beautifully renovated, incredibly affordable, a MUST see!
