I was disappointed that none of the advertised amenities—like the gym or pool—are actually located in the building. Maintenance was a hassle in both summer and winter. It took over a month after I moved in to get my AC working, and even then, it continued to break down. The parking situation is frustrating and overpriced. The garage layout is poorly designed, with a shared entrance/exit ramp that’s dangerously tight—I’ve had to reverse out because another car was coming. The spiral garage has the same issue, plus it’s inconvenient to access, requiring me to exit my building, go to another, and take stairs to reach my car. Common areas are not well-maintained, and cleaning seems inconsistent. Lastly, my unit was listed as a 1 bed/1 bath, but there’s no door separating the bedroom from the living space—it’s essentially a studio with a den and should be marketed as such. The pricing is also misleading. The listed rent doesn’t reflect the full cost—there’s a mandatory “All Living” fee added on top, which includes things like cable (that I don’t use) and other services I’d rather handle myself. There’s no option to opt out, and this fee wasn’t clearly disclosed upfront. I had to click through multiple pages to even find it online, which felt deceptive. The total cost should be listed transparently from the beginning. I did know before signing because it's on the lease finalized papers. Lastly, it was my first apartment so I didn't know better but I've learned from this experience.

Living at the Kennedy has been great so far. The building is clean, refurbished, and maintained by the staff very well. Overall, the area is great, and I feel comfortable outside of the apartment at night walking around the immediate area. Some of our neighbors are a little loud at times, but nothing that isn't too hard to manage. It is a dog friendly building, so expect dog noises every once in a while (it wouldn't be home without a bark or two now and again. Overall it has been a great place to live and I look forward to making it my home for a long time.

Don't really like the flooring

Maintenance staff are nice and very quick at their job.

I've had good response for issues for the apartment itself, but I am disappointed in the building/property itself as far as beautification for its residents. I've been here just about a year and there are still things that were promised before move in that have not happened.
