Okay, but Could Be Better

I appreciate the convenience and modern amenities our apartment offers, but a few aspects have room for improvement. Street parking is challenging, and the washer/dryer combo's prolonged drying time is inconvenient. Moreover, the out-of-order communal dog wash station for months has been disappointing, considering its frequent use. Addressing these concerns would significantly enhance our living experience.

The knick

So far everything has been decent but we have lived here for over a month and not received a giftcard that was said to be given with signing our lease. While living here, I have seen multiple other raffels/competions with monetary/giftcard prizes which is confusing because we havent even gotten ours yet and they claim they cant afford to buy it currently.

Downtown Life

Nice building. Tenants are typical to any apartment when issues arise, such as noise, weed smoke, etc. Management does a good job of resolving these types of issues. Amenities are nice and the rent is a little higher than the average, but you get what you pay for, as most other buildings in the area are older.
