At the Knick, you can get squatters in empty units, loiterers smoking in stairwells, property management that completely ignores current tenets, maintenance that does not get done properly, and of course to top it off, you can get legit health hazards in the form of trash/recycling build up and a poorly maintained building - all while paying premium prices. Only live here if you have no other choice.

Property management can do better! There is way too many buildings for no office management. Kayla could treat the residences better when speaking with them over the phone in a professional manner. she lacks professionalism. But most importantly, she lacks knowledge when dealing with residential matters.
