Please note, aggressive breeds—including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Chows, Akitas, and similar—are not permitted. A non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent apply. For everyone’s safety, pets must be leashed in common areas and never left unattended outside. Sugartree is an intimate apartment complex located at the heart of Vegas. Although there aren't any luxurious amenities at the property, I love the peace and quiet ( with some occasional noises which are tolerable ) neighbors are okay and some became nice acquiantances too. The property manager, Christine is very accomodating and friendly. Maintenance is always on site. Rating 8/10

This is one of the most cost effective and convenient places to live in Las Vegas. Close to the RTC bus # 108, which takes you to walking distance of the Freemont experience. Walking distance of Momorail station and across the street of the Tesla Tunnels/Convention Center. With all the events in the area, traffic on the street has picked up but you don't have far to walk/travel if you are apart of thr festivities. I've been here for three (3) years and plan to be here at least another two (2). My next move will be in a house so this all I need as a single person with a small dog.
