I have lived here for over 8 years. Maintenance staff are always helpful. The area is convenient to supermarket, pharmacies, car wash, casinos, fast food, 7-11 stores, and various amenities. Staff are polite and courteous. Pool hours are not always convenient for those working 5 days a week, but is available on Saturdays.

Not worth the price

Overall staffing and maintenance are great but the amenities don’t feel like what I am paying for as apposed to what was payed at another location. For starters the pool isn’t open unless office staff is there they can easily just have late nights security handle the keys to the office. Second we have a gate that always remains open the security doesn’t feel there. And lastly I’m still waiting on the screens that were promised to me when I got the apartments weather is finally getting nice and we can’t enjoy it.
