Please note, aggressive breeds—including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Chows, Akitas, and similar—are not permitted. A non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent apply. For everyone’s safety, pets must be leashed in common areas and never left unattended outside. Great until some tenets stop caring about where they live. We have been here for 4 years and the rental prices has forced other tenants here that don't respect the area and neighborhood.
