Great Location

It's 1 BR, pretty quiet, great space, close to UNMC, and is maintained well. One issue is the laundry room which only has 1 washing machine and 1 dryer, but both are operational and do the job.

It should better place

So far it’s been good living here at Sandra apartments, I have been living here for two years now the only thing I would like to see is maybe possibly better parking and more than one washer and dryer. Also I know that a lot of tenants maybe don’t have children but I have one I would love to see maybe a basketball court.
