Why Renters Love It Here

Nice, quiet place to live.

Bellevue Hills is a nice and friendly place. I remember when it used to be Pheasant ridge. It has come a long way. I see maintenance out all the time trying to fix and upgrade things. The new management is very personable and polite. They answer all my questions and try to take care of my issues when I have them. The apartments are older but very nice. I love my apartment. If you are looking for a place this one is convenient and close to things in town. I love my balcony and my neighbors are lovely.

Nicer than I remember.

The apartments are very nice. Staff seemed polite and helpful. I love how close everything is to the stores. Everyone were so helpful when I had questions. It seems a nice and animal friendly place to live. I am thinking of moving here myself.
