Lived here for a year. Fine place. Hallways smelled a little when I moved in but one of my neighbors moved out and it's better. Weight room had several broken machines for a bit but they're fixed now. Price point is good. Rent increase after a year wasn't too bad. Never had an issue with maintenance or anything. Office staff seem friendly.

I have lived here about 6 years and overall it's pretty good but maintenance is slow to fix things, takes multiple visits before anything gets done. The people are nice, around the apartment stays clean but parking can be horrendous. There is no organization and everybody and their mom take up all the parking. Wish we have parking passes for people who lived here.

We have lived here for almost 7 years and it has been a mostly pleasant experience! Maintenance is quick to fix issues and staff are willing and helpful
