Our apartment smells like mildew neighbor's above us floor creaky with every foot step sounds like there's 10 people upstairs they need to screw down the floors for dame sure had a good talk with others about this one

Manger is not a people person new maintenance person has a attitude apparently he doesn't like his job other tenants have told me about the roof leaking 5 yrs ago and they just got a new one this year sad slumloards

While the location is quite favorable, the neighbors generally nice and quiet, it is often that maintenance is severely lacking. Laundry machines that quit working for weeks, leaking water heater, overgrown grass, etc. have also had multiple issues where a staff member made a mistake in billing or account management that caused quite a headache for me (forgetting to charge me for a garage for a whole half a year for one). In general though i am very happy to live here, and i do think for the price of the rent it's quite reasonable.

Pretty good so far, parking hasn't been an issue except guest have to park across the street and residents park in visitor parking

Rent increases every year, Swimming pool has not been open for 3 years Shaddy people hang8ng out in parking lot Security lights constantly don't work Visitors have to park a block away with no lighting along the way Dogs poop and owners don't pick up after them Neighbors dog is left out on the balcony barking constantly Shingles hanging off of roofs This property has gone down hill fast and I pay almost a thousand dollars a month to live here Never get to see utility bills they we get charged for. Therefore don't know if we are being over charged or not
