Slow to go

Had a wall open for 5 months. It was a kitchen wall with cabnets. So the cabnets sat in the kitchen on the floor for my kids and pregnant girlfriend to move depending on if something was in the fridge or Cabinet. A real Nightmare.

upstairs neighbor is sometimes loud

I have lived here 8 years. I like it a lot. I wish that the rent would stay the same or be lowered. It keeps going up. I noticed Because I have lived here for so long.

Management terrible

We have called several times for maintenance and they will not call back, and its important things. Inam frustrated because it seems as if we are a bother and they dont want send help. I also am frustrated because Lund isnt returning calls either. What are we supposed to do? Ready to report to renters rights.
