Great place for a peace of mind
Everything is accessible. You have a perfect maintenance team, 2 great dog parks, poop stations for dog waste, a clean, friendly and quiet environment overall.
Great Decision
The Landings was the best decision for the price and location. There is plenty of parking and maintenance is very responsive and polite. They explain what the issue is and what they did to fix it. The team in the front office made my transition from another complex awesome.
Great place for a family
My family has lived here for almost 2 years, and we have had a great experience. It is a quiet community, but there are also plenty of families with kids for my children to play with. They love the pool in the summer! Maintenance is pretty prompt and always friendly. We also love the parties and events that the office has. All in all we love it here.
