It's so peaceful and quiet here! Trees everywhere, can walk to Fontenelle Forest! Maintenance is quick and staff responds the same day! Large apt, and balcony!! Would definitely recommend living here!!

This place promises a lot but delivers on a little. Promised a pool. No pool. Laundry services are broken. Had a maintenance request for plumbing take multiple weeks before anyone even came to look.

Lived here for almost 8 years, the apartments are older, but quite large for the money. You see wild life everyday (deer, turkeys, etc). The big problem is parking, its a free-for-all. One assigned parking slot would be nice. These apartments were built when people only owned a car or two, not 4! It's nuts. Before you move in, come by in the evening and look at the parking where you're going to live and then imagine it all covered in snow and trying to park.
