Staff is great. Amenities are nice and well maintained. Buildings are older but improvements are constantly being done. Seem to be soundproofed better than newer complexes.

Great apartment, maintenance has always accommodated us for everything that we needed. Staff are always friendly, know the tenants by name, and they are always making changes to make the grounds look presentable. Lived here for 3 years and have no regrets.

I love living at Summit by Broadmoor. The staff are very friendly. They feel more like friends to me. They're always very helpful. The grounds always looks nice. The pools are amazing. I can't think of anything I'd change about the place. It's the best place I've ever lived.

It is challenging to find a place to live out of state, but from the second i contacted the office the entire staff was so attentive and helpful in providing all of the information i needed and answering all of my questions! we got everything all set up from across the country so when i got there it was seamless. it’s a beautiful place to live, 10/10 reccommend
