Been here since 2019

My kids and I moved in October 2019, into a ground floor 3 bed/2 bath. The unit itself is nice and has served our needs well. The office staff have always been polite and prompt with replies and the maintenance crew are fantastic! My biggest issues are with the continually rising rent, which totals about $600 since I moved in in 2019 (also, why will it suddenly cost me $25 more per month to park in a garage I've had for 3 years???), and the noise coming off of HWY 370 (as I am on that side of the complex). Can't do anything about the traffic though. I do feel, at this point (Oct 2023), that I am paying a bit much for the unit that I have. I've been flooded twice from ceiling pipes bursting in neighbor units, but that's what Renter's insurance is for, right? Overall, our time here has been on the pleasant side, but rent will be a bit of a struggle this year, and I probably won't be able to afford next year's increase at all.

I like living here

Ive lived here for the past 2 years. Its been fantastic Its close to base. Everyone is so nice. I havent had any problems with pests or anything like that. I would totally keep living here forever.

The Only Issue...

I love living here! Nothing has been a major issue, except for parking. I am always concerned about parking when I get home late at night. My parking lot fills up quickly, leaving me to park near the leasing office which isn't ideal on the walk back in the dark. I'll see cars in their same parking spots for weeks on end without them being removed from the lot, which is slightly frustrating because there's an expectation that isn't being followed through by those residents or The Vue if the car hasn't been towed after some time. I wish parking lot rules were enforced more, otherwise being here is great!
