Apartments are too small for the value, the gym is too small no equipment in good conditions, and appliances are outdated.

Quiet, Quality

I've lived here just shy of a decade and am still tickled every time I return home. The landscaping for the property is first rate and maintenance is quality as well, although it isn't often needed. I'm guessing management for Shadow Lake Square is often overlooked because they handle any issues behind the scenes. It's not at all political like condo living, thank God. I've grateful for the luxury of a quiet lakeside home just minutes from Omaha- although most needs are fulfilled here in Papillion, and all without the hassle of home ownership.
