Lucas Place Lofts

The staff here is absolutely wonderful. Extremely nice and always accommodating. Any maintenance request is always handled with urgency. The amenities are nice and the parking situation is reasonably priced as well. All around 10/10.

Love living here!

I move in just under a year ago and have really enjoyed living at Lucas Place. The leasing office employees have always been pretty responsive and the maintenance/cleaning staff are so friendly, helpful, and extremely responsive!

Nice location, hard wood floors, but that’s about it.

Continuous noise - not fixed, continuous leaks - not fixed, barely any hot water - cannot even take a bath. And no empathy or working together (not even extra cleaning precautions!!) in the Covid-19 pandemic situation. Would never live here again and 0/10 recommend.

Love This Place Already

When I was looking to downsize from a house to a loft, I knew this was the perfect fit for me when I first saw it. Lindsay in the front office has been nothing but amazing in helping me with this process. I love my unit and the space between both bedrooms. Neighbors are nice and the lobby area is always clean.
