There is apply parking but residents parking is ?'able many parking over the sidewalk making it hard to walk and shrubs need major grooming. Amenities are ok but dated. Maintenance and staff are great they get things done. The value is average or so but great for comparable. Location is excellent. The noise varies from time to time some are very loud entering and exiting building. I would like to add that people are not picking up after their pets and some are rather slopping taking trash to bin if they drop it it stay there. People that smoke just discard they butts on the grounds very disrespectful to others.

Pros and Cons

Pro: Like the older setting and large apartments. Lots of mature trees. Cons: Grounds maintenance needs help. Trash not picked up on grounds. Completed project areas need cleanup. Fireplaces don't work in 4629. Barbecues not allowed, not even a community one available in older complex.

forest park

I would like to see the bushes removed because they are only a breeding place for the bugs. when you open the door the bugs come in with you. I have had a horrible time with the crickets. My neighbors above me are good people but things drop down on my patio from upstairs.
