To give context for my review, I am a very organized and clean freak kind of person. The review: The apartment itself is clean and basic. The apartment has some noticeable wear and tear that I didn't pick up on immediately when I moved in. Don't be fooled by the nice office and the model apartment. These are not a good representation of the actual apartments. Multiple obvious layers of paint on all doors, walls, and windows that give the my apartment a worn kind of dingy feel. There are paint drips on the floors in small amounts throughout the apartment. There are defects on the bathroom doors that have just been painted over. The main bathroom sink looked like spray paint was applied to cover rust. It has since peeled off and rust is showing through. The carpet in the bedrooms has poorly spliced patches in multiple areas. The appliances are extremely out of date and there is NOT a microwave. The outside of the building has rotting wood trim and the grass in front of the apartment building has all died. The ground is muddy every time it rains. This is especially annoying when walking my dog. The rooms are all nicely sized except the kitchen, which has VERY limited cabinet space and no where to put a microwave without giving up almost all of the very small counter space needed for food prep. The walking trails around the apartment are the best feature. The small lake with a fountain is a nice feature. The pool is very nice. The wood burning fireplace is also a nice feature and I have used it occasionally. The location feels safe and is for the most part quiet. My primary reason for relocating to a new apartment is because of the dated appliances and the monthly rent. I found another location with modern appliances and a much lower rent. There are also a lot of fees at this facility that others aren't charging. Check into the ENTIRE cost of living here if you are price shopping.

Great little quiet place to live

Very quiet and cozy living. Love the trees and nature. Pool is great, and work office is very useful. Gym is nice (despite one pull down equipment not working 100%). Over all love it and have been here for 4 years.

I notice a lot of street and parking lot noise at night. I really don't use any amenities except for the Amazon hub, which is very convenient. Parking by my building is hit and miss. Sometimes there are cars that seem to never move for days on end. Other times there are cars that I have never seen before (probably friends of tenants) The maintenance is excellent! Wintertime snow removal and salting is generally very good as far as the walkways go.

Great apt. For the price!

I love these apartments! I was skeptical at first, alot of move in money, but I feel like that's how they up keep an older apartment. When I write a work order, it's fixed literly immediately one time in minutes. They keep up on grounds, salt for snow, shoveling, leave pick up, and pools always clean. Noise issue...yep. but it was fixed within days. Love the trees and shade.
