Fine by me.

This place is well for the location. Haven't had any major issues and the office staff are prompt and helpful. Takes some getting used to things being online/electronic such as laundry & office inquiries but other than that no real issues.

Went down hill

Jacked rent 300 dollars. There are people on fixed incomes here. Goodbye.

Review explanation

Maintenance can just come in with no warning. With previous management, they would give out warnings 4 days to 7 days before maintenance or exterminators would go door to door. The people working the office are nice and helpful. There's more yelling going on outside during late-night/early morning hours. All in all, I still like living here and I don't plan on moving anytime soon.

Pet Policy

Your furry friends are welcome at Hunters Glen! Breed/weight restrictions apply; Akitas, Chows, Pitbulls, Great Danes, Rottweilers and Doberman Pinschers. Max two pets per apartment home. Monthly pet rent: $25 for one pet, $50 for two pets. Pet fee (non-refundable): $300
