Disappointed
No amenities other than dog park. Unfortunately, we no longer use the dog park because residents do not clean up after pets. For huge amount of rent i expect more. Will be moving when lease is up.

Overall a very nice place to live
I have lived here for a little while. It very safe and quiet. Most of the people live here a nice. The staff is very nice. The only problem is that the rent is a little high for what they offer. No Club House, pool is closed most of the time but they do keep it clean. I you live here longer then 5 years they will not do any kind of update maintenance on your apartment even if it wasn't updated when you moved in. To do any kind of up date they will increase your rent.

Paying too much for no amenities, residents treated like kids with the pool, the amount of rent being paid for no updated units, Seen apts with washer and dryer in units for what is being paid here, late fees are over the top
