Office business hours sigh states hours are supposedly 9am to 6pm M-F and Sat by appiontment. If someone shows up to the office by 9:30, its a mirical. Heck, iif they even show up is enough yo go buy a lottery ticket. Was also informed that it is actuly 5pm closeing. Thst mean they are gone by 4:15pm. As for maintenence, i have requested maintenence apointments only yo have the items not talen care of but still recieve a confirmation email 2 days later stating work was completed. Ohh and I signed a contract for monthly lease to be $865 for one year lease. I paid that amount for the first two months of the lease and then the other two that I’ve been here I rate has increased $30 for additional BS that they claim that they can do.

Great place to be. There's nothing wrong with the building what little bit of problem that happens maintenance is very prompt. We'll all be glad when they fix the second elevator but I know they're doing the best they can okay thank you goodbye

Old bldg with a lot of issues and the persons living here are overall ok. They do need to do something house keeping of the troublemakers
