Interesting living status at Pineridge Apartments

Living at Pineridge has been good. Most of the people upon me moving here have just recently moved. All were like family. It's been alot of changes with office management, property management etc. It's not as quite anymore due to more younger ppl have moved in and they keep up alot of noise with their visiting guest. No upgrades to my unit except the cabinets in kitchen and restroom counter. Any upgrades the rent will go up. They no longer accept renter’s insurance to be paid by tenant they have authorized a $14 landlord damage waiver that cannot be opted out! So you have no choice but to pay it. Also I've been a resident almost 16yrs never paid for a carport. With new ownership this has been implemented in the lease as well for an additional $15. This new owner keeps adding stuff at the cost to the tenant. They don't give anything. I asked if carport rate could be waived since I've been here almost 16yrs I basicslly was told no through email. That's another thing never can TALK to anyone at the main corp office, instead they follow up with an email! Sometimes the front office isn't open at the times listed. Door is locked with no sign. Other than the issues listed the staff past/present has been ok. However I pray this is my last year here because the rent with additional stuff being added is getting pricey. I would rather a mortgage with more space, thicker walls and no I have ownership.
