I think the whole complex needs upgrades like bathrooms and kitchens, the basement is dark because of poor lighting. The landscaping is not attractive. Obvious problems are ignored. The grounds maintenance are not proactive fixing issues. I may have to move because the rent is now my entire paycheck for a two week period and yet no improvements.
