One of two elevators has been broken for months with no repairs in sight. In fact, when I asked maintenance how long it will be to fix it, they laughed about it. I was told when I moved in that the underground parking would be available in the Spring of 2025. Here we are a year later and there still is no underground parking. My biggest complaint is that it is freezing in these apartments with single pane windows. In order to keep my apartment at 68 degrees over the winter, I had to keep a space heater on at all times and even had no choice but to use the oven to keep the apartment warm during the day.

My first month of living here has been straight I guess ???????. Theres alot of maintenance issues already and sometimes management promises things and then don’t do it. However I’ve learned to make the best of what you have, I love my neighbors and the community and the apartment itself is beautiful. I just wish the elevators would work ??.
