This neighborhood has long been cherished for its peaceful atmosphere and strong sense of community, especially among our senior residents and those who respect the area's established guidelines. However, recent changes have begun to disrupt that harmony: Parking rules are frequently disregarded—vehicles are parked improperly or outside designated spaces, despite the need for clearer directional signage. Loud music blares as soon as someone arrives and remains disruptive even within shared spaces. Given our high cost of living, these shifts are concerning. Many elderly neighbors rely on quiet mornings and respectful surroundings to feel secure and well-rested. To restore and safeguard our community’s character, I propose the following measures: Install clear signage for: Directional parking (arrows, painted stalls). "Lower music" reminders at every lot entrance. "No play" zones in parking areas and the courtyard. Restrictions on public traffic cutting through the lot to avoid congestion, as reckless drivers have endangered tenants. Establish a designated play area for children, keeping them safely away from parking spaces and maintaining the courtyard’s tranquility for those seeking peace. Enforce pet-cleanup regulations with fines for owners who neglect to clean up after their dogs. Maintain lease integrity by prohibiting unregistered occupants. Allowing tenants to house family members not listed on the lease without approval undermines community standards and invites further issues. By implementing targeted signage and ensuring accountability—through warnings, fines, or lease-violation penalties—we can uphold the serenity that attracted responsible tenants in the first place.

So far sooooo good… spoke with building management and they are on top of fixing repairing rusting issues in rest-room, low toilet seat, broken microwave handle, Sliding closet doors getting jammed, etc. sent email
