The following breeds are not allowed (no exceptions) and include both purebred and/or mixes: Akita Alaskan Malamute Boxer Cane Corso  Chow Chow Dalmatian Doberman Pinscher German Shepherd Husky Pit Bull Terrier Presa Canario Rottweiler Staffordshire/Bull Terrier A non-refundable pet registration fee and a monthly rent payment is required for each dog or cat. I enjoy the space. Management are doing a great job in helping to bring the community together and also to upgrade the bldg.

Fair living needs more comfortablity and more out side seenery more flowers and plants less pets and children not that.im against any of these things it just needs more ordinances

This place is not suitable and is an inhabitable living space I have been stating for the last year that I have mold in my apartment with no remedy at all, I have suffered multiple skin rashes and I’m on two different types of medications from this. I have also been yelled at and talked to rudely by staff. I’ve been hospitalized multiple times as well due to the mold.

I'm not a fan for the billing of the rent and addtional billing of the minor stuff. I would like to just see one monthly bill
