A dream come true!

I've always wanted to live in a historical home, and this place is perfect for our current situation. A bit pricey for the space; however, the location is absolutely superb, the aesthetic of the apartment, and the surrounding homes make it all the worth while.

It's a place to live

Too expensive for 500 square feet where I can't control the heat or air and can hear everything my neighbors do. The hot water only works half the time and the lights flicker. We also can't have too many things plugged in at the same time. Overall, this place should be about $200 less per month than it is. Especially too since we were lied to about the parking situation.
