I lived here for about a year and I love the location being close to the city, familyfare, and a nature reserve with trails to walk on.

Great place to live and excellent amenities. Lawn and weed management can better along with rain water flow and snow management.

So far everything has been great, parking has been a bit iffy. We have two vehicles for a 1 bedroom and I use the garage for parking we can barley find a spot for the second vehicle because people like to use their garages as storage/ entertainment areas. We talked to the staff about it and they put a notice out there. There has been a slight change but still not much. Overall we have been really happy here! :)

It's a really lovely location and the garages, in unit laundry, dishwasher, and porches/balconies are wonderful. However, the single wall-mounted AC unit is in the living area, so the bedroom requires multiple fans. And at 800 square feet, it's a little pricier now than what we would like. Finally, it seems like some parts of the buildings weren't installed properly - crooked/misaligned doors and drawers and screens that fall out too easily. Overall, an acceptable value in a good place.
