I've lived here for 16 months. The apartment and location is great. The pricing is decent. The maintenance is poor. They simply seem unable to fix anything most things I ask about. Sometimes the maintenance folks just shrug their shoulders saying they can't do anything about it (e.g. a window that doesn't stay open).
