The building has thin floors which makes neighbors sound noisy. There is short in staffing. Very hard to find the community managers or get responses. The location is not that convenient, very narrow street upfront the building. And noisy because of the other side of construction.

Disastrous Management

I’ve been living here for 12 months and I cant wait to get out. I just came back from a 1 week vacation and now i cant get inside my unit despite I have the key fob. Its been 3 hours of me trying to contact Emergency Maintenance but still no one has responded any of my calls nor sent help. After a long flight, this is the cherry on top. If something were to happen to you, you are alone. No assistance whatsoever.

Good; but expensive for what you get.

I've lived here for 6 months. There's construction nearby which can get very noisy. Quite a few of the residents of the building seem to treat the trash chute room as a third-world garbage disposal and just chuck open bags of trash into the room with little consideration for the other residents. I believe the management fines some of these residents, but they clearly don't seem to care. The apartment is definitely overpriced for what we get.
