Very loud building, floors are paper thin.

The building feels cheaply built. The floors are very thing and even if your upstairs neighbor is just walking around normally it sounds like they are going to break through your ceiling. There was a party in the common room multiple floors below and I could hear everything all night. Parking is good. Staff is nice. Location is not the best for the price that I’m paying. Winter prices are definitely better. Summer prices are not worth it.

LIVED HERE FOR 2 YEARS. LOVE IT. STAFF IS GREAT. GARBAGE PEOPLE DONT ALWAYS PICKUP TRASH SO ITS NOT REALLY A PERK. ALL ITS MISSING IS A POOL
