When I moved in a year ago, this place was clean and welcoming. Over the course of the last year my opinion has changed and I will be moving. The garage is used as a dog bathroom. Many tenants do not clean up after their animals and I often have to step over a puddle of urine/poop in order to get into the elevator. Every hall and stairwell has become stained with dog urine and the carpets in these common areas haven't been cleaned since I moved in. It is unhealthy and smells bad. This doesn't seem to be policed by anyone at the facility and has become embarrassing to the point I don't invite anyone to visit. This place appears to be understaffed. On a positive note, the concierge service is great and the apartment room itself is modern and well suited.

Not Worth the "Luxury" Pricetag

The staff is never really available or accessible as the actually important hours that you would want them there, they are not available. I've had time sensitive packages that I needed and could not get a hold of anyone. They are also not in communication and sharing knowledge with each other. I was told that my friend's car was able to park here after a certain time and it ended up getting towed. I feel like the two concierge staff are overworked. If you're not living on the top floor, the noises from the apartment up top are unbearable (especially if you work from home). It sounds like WWE wrestling. There are cracks on the inner corners of the walls. Things within the apartment are constantly not working and having to call maintenance a lot. The building just shakes and rumbles even when the train is not passing by. The "amenities" were not accessible and were not working when I wanted to use it. The fire pit outside was not working. The reservation fee for using the lounge is excessive. I feel like I am paying for "luxury" living but not getting my money's worth. The front of the building smells like pee all the time.
