These apartments are really good and healthy lifestyle. the only problem is the walls are really thin so even little Noice can be heard to neighbors vice versa. Other than that, these are the best apartments in Dorchester

The buildings and facilities are always impeccable! The staff are very helpful and friendly. Garage parking is great. Pool and grills are awesome, Location is tough with heavy afternoon/evening traffic 3-6. I am looking forward to move back to the South End because I like being able to walk out my door and have the pharmacy, grocery store and restaurants right out the door. I have enjoyed living here though it reminds me of what I loved and miss about the South End. It will get better here once the commercial spaces bring more life and conveniences to Dot Block but I am not willing to pay the price and not have the conveniences right out my door.

I was happy to have bigger buildings with amenities and garage parking as an option in Dorchester. Only 15 minutes to downtown neighborhoods and for a lot less than living in a downtown neighborhood. Neighborhood feels like the South End did 20 years ago. The building maintenance is meticulous and the neighbors are all friendly. It's a great vibe.
