Maintenance staff has been great - prompt and friendly. Amenities and location are good but price increases are exclusionary.

I have lived in the building for less than a year. Maintenance has been absolutely incredible. Staff varies widely in terms of quality of service depending on who you get. Building is kept in very good condition. Some residents are very friendly and make living in the community special while others will do everything in their power to ignore you — except when they expend effort to not hold the elevator for you. Rent is expensive.
