Great location. Area has become a bit more noisy but there is a lot nearby. Residents let there dogs relieve themselves very near the entrances so that can create an unpleasant smell.

Consider sound proofing

The amount of road noise/train noise/airplane noise really brings down the value of the Ink Block. Better windows with some level of sound proofing would have been amazing. The staff is wonderful and the building is well maintained.

Review

The parking is pricey based upon the amount of rent I pay. Trying to figure out the different portals Ink Block uses to pay bill, view community postings, etc is a little more complicated than it should be. Given the recent safety email sent, the location of the key fob for building 3 is really not in a good location I have to tap the fob a couple of times before i can gain entry. If someone were to follow me in the building wanting to cause harm, I'd be screwed.
