Pandemic review

In light of what’s going on with the pandemic, the complex has offered nothing to renters paying top dollar and not getting what we paid for. The gym, pool, activities are all majorly scaled back. People are moving out and yet those loyal residents haven’t received a parking break, a debt decrease or any good faith perks.

Living in the only block@ Ink Block

It's the only block to live in. You have Leasing Office staff that are always friendly and happy to see you, 24-7 friendly concierge, spacious and modern apartments, pet friendly community, Whole Foods, Fuji Sushi, Yellow Door Taqueria, and Bar Mezzana. You are steps away to explore Chinatown, Boston Common, historic South End. Great monthly resident activities, outdoor pool, large resident gym are some things to be happy about. I have lived at ink block since 2015 and am very happy with my Ink family of friends and neighbors. I am proud and happy to call Ink Block my home. I hope you read this review and get to check out Ink Block for yourself.

Amazing location, staff and property!

Moved across the country and picked my apartment out from online. Staff went out of their way to send videos, zoom calls etc to ensure I was comfortable with the place I chose. Once I got here, it’s even better in person and I couldnt be happier to have landed in the ink block. Apartments are great, good quality amenities, property is very well taken care of, tons of restaurants and shops nearby too. Really appreciate all the extra care with covid too.

Awesome apartment near downtown!

I really enjoy living in this apartment. I work in downtown and want to avoid the busy and chaotic vibe there so I chose to live in Ink Block. The location is great. Staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. Amenity is nice. I use the gym a lot. They really take good care of scheduling during covid pandemic. The only thing is it's pretty noisy.

Building is great except for the bike thief on the loose.

Someone attempted to steal my bike from the garage and my bike sustained some damage as a result of the thief trying to get the u-lock off. Tried to reach out to management to report but no response. Starting to wonder if its a larger problem in the building?
