I'm really enjoying living in Ink Block - love the location and friendly front door attendants. First floor is kept clean and tidy - it's really lovely. Three requests that would greatly improve the experience: 1. FIX the ELEVATOR! the second elevator has been out for MONTHS and during the mornings and evenings, it takes an eternity for the one that works to appear. 2. ADD A GARBAGE CAN OUTSIDE FRONT DOOR! There's always food, garbage, dog waste around the front entrance that I think adding an external garbage can could make a huge difference. Other buildings in the area have them - why not Ink Block? and 3. Clarify the recycling process, whereby it's clear where paper goes and where the rest should be placed. The buttons for "garbage" and "recycling" on the receptacle RARELY work.

We have only been at ink block for a month but has been a great experience so far. Maintenance has been fast ans great as have the front desk staff.

I really enjoy living at Ink Block. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the location makes it easy to get around the city, and the building offers all the amenities I was looking for.
